History
Santa Ana’s first skyscraper, the WH Spurgeon Building was built 1913. This Class B building is a historic landmark known for its recognizable clock tower. It was renovated in 2018, featuring art deco and colonial style interiors, exposed brick, and sconces. With 60,000 square feet of space, it’s zoned for restaurants and retail businesses.
