Biography
Noel specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail and creative spaces in the Greater Long Beach and West Orange County markets. He has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, as well as, property/asset management and his value add approach and strong work ethic have established his exceptional reputation in the industry.
Career History / Professional Recognition
In April 2010, Noel joined Lee & Associates in the South Bay office. His previous years were spent at the Blair Commercial Real Estate, Eddy Properties and INCO Commercial.
Strategically located on the LA/Orange County line, Mr. Aguirre represents landlord/seller and tenant/buyer clients in the South Bay, greater Long Beach and West Orange County market places. Throughout his career, he has helped clients with a variety of real estate advisory services, from tenant representation, acquisition, disposition to re-positioning of real estate assets.
